No website ID?

If you don't have a website ID, you can request one easily. Just

• contact your account representative at DDS, or
• send an e-mail to web.help@dds.co.uk. Be sure to include your first/last name, company and office, and your telephone number. We'll send you an ID via e-mail in 24 hours or less.

Some Tips on website IDs

• In general, your user name is simply your first and last name, separated by a space. This name is not case-sensitive.
• Your password is unique to you and must be entered exactly how it was defined. It is case-sensitive.

Should I click "Remember me next time"?

We can store your username and password on your hard drive in the form of a cookie. This means that you will be logged on automatically whenever you come to a password-protected page on our Web site. If you do not want this to happen for security reasons, or if you share a computer, you should leave this box unchecked.
